Guarantee Explained
All our window blinds and products carry a 12 month guarantee from date of purchase.
The guarantee we offer is straightforward and is easy to understand.
The guarantee covers the following:
Mechanical components (operating mechanisms)
Fixing brackets
Control cords
Wands or pulls
Operating chains
Fabric
Re-tension
The guarantee is not transferrable
Conditions
The guarantee is invalid if any failure or damage were caused by the following:
Vandalism
Accident
Misuse
Alteration
Exposure to the elements
Normal wear & tear
Fitting in a non domestic environment
Badly fitted windows or doors with pre-existing issues
Failure to follow maintenance, cleaning or operation instructions
Repairs carried out by someone who is not from our company
Exclusions
Wood or wooden products - Warpage due to exposure to high humidity, extreme heat, natural variations in colour, grain or texture
Faux wood blinds - Warpage due to high temperatures areas exceeding 55 degrees Celsius
Fabrics and dyes - Normal fading
Samples - we will not under any circumstances refund or replace a product due to unsuitability where samples have been seen.
The Window Blind Centre will not accept claims for any consequential liability whatsoever including reinstallation costs or making good where a product has been removed. Please note as you are purchasing custom made items you are not able to cancel once an order has been accepted, distance selling rules do not apply.
